Ladies and gentlemen! We hope that by using the following regulations, we will be able to provide you with complete satisfaction during your stay and at the same time ensure its efficient organization.

1. Persons staying on the premises of the center are obliged to comply with these regulations. To behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of other people. Comply with the instructions of the management of the center and the service and security services. Comply with the provisions on the protection of nature, health and safety and fire safety.
2. Each person breaking the regulations will be asked to leave the facility. In the event of refusal, it is handed over to the police along with the referral of the case to proceedings in misdemeanor cases.
3. Persons staying on the premises of the center are subject to registration. Check-in must be made immediately upon arrival. Minors may only be checked-in with an adult, and their stay at the center is possible only under adult supervision.
4. At the request of the person renting the cottage, an additional person may be accommodated only after approval by the management of the center and after completing the registration formalities and paying the appropriate fee.
5. Visitors may stay on the premises of the center from from 8:00 to 23:00.
6. The fee for the stay in the center should be paid immediately upon arrival, during check-in. Additionally, a returnable deposit in the amount of PLN 200 is charged for the period of stay.
7. Resignation from part of the stay, late arrival and early departure from the center, caused by no fault of the management of the center, do not entitle to a refund of the payments for the stay. Complete resignation from the stay does not entitle to a refund of the deposit paid.
8. The payment of the deposit is tantamount to the acceptance of the booking conditions and regulations.
9. In the period until 16.06 and from 31.08 to 01.10 there is a surcharge for electricity according to the sub-meters placed in each house according to the ENEA rate.
10. There is a fenced, unguarded car park on the premises of the center. Each cottage has a guaranteed and marked 1 parking space.
11. The Center is not liable for any damages or theft of cars left in the car park of the Center. However, for the sake of security, the car park is monitored by the center.
12. The person renting the house is obliged to check the condition of the house equipment. Confirmation of the compliance of the equipment with the list and accepting financial responsibility for defects and damage caused during use. People who devastate equipment, furnishings, houses and their surroundings are financially responsible for the damage caused. The landlord, before leaving the facility, is obliged to settle accounts with the equipment of the house.
13. The management of the center is not financially responsible for items or belongings left unattended on the premises of the center. The owners are responsible for securing their belongings against theft and damage.
14. Before leaving the facility, the occupied house and the area around the house should be cleaned and the waste should be taken to rubbish bins.
15. Burning fires and lighting barbecues is possible only in places designated by the resort staff, with special caution and fire protection regulations.
16. It is strictly forbidden to use open fire and smoking in the houses. In the event of a fire or other hazard, persons on the premises of the facility should follow the fire safety instructions posted in the houses.
17. There is a hotel day at the resort and it lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the next day, and the curfew from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
18. In matters not covered by these regulations, the service of the center decides.
